Looking for something to do this weekend? There are a number of local events around town.
The Foundation for Lower Moreland Schools will host the 4th Annual "Monte Carlo Night" on Saturday, March 9 at the Huntingdon Valley Country Club. There will be a cash bar and you must be 21-year-old to attend. Tickets cost $50; $60 at the door. Your entry will gain you $50 in casino chips, food and non-alcoholic beverages. There is also a DJ and complimentary valet parking. Get ready for a night of good food, fun, cards and craps. The 4th Annual Monte Carlo Night will be presented by the Foundation for Lower Moreland Schools on Saturday, March 9 at the Huntingdon Valley Country Club. Residents who attend will be benefiting various programs in the school district. PHOTOS: 3rd Annual Monte Carlo Night 2012 There will be a cash bar and you must be 21-year-old to attend. Come out to the Huntingdon Valley Country Club to celebrate a night of fun with friends, food, casino games and much more.
The Foundation of Lower Moreland Schools is hosting its third annual Monte Carlo Night Saturday, March 10 from 7 to 11 p.m. at the Huntingdon Valley Country Club. Members of the community can participate in raffles, silent auctions and casino games such as black jack, poker, roulette and craps, according to foundation President Leslie Clayton Howard. Cost: $50 with a reservation; $55 at the door. All of the proceeds go to towards Innovative Classroom grants, which has already helped out the Jazz Ensemble with its trip to Savannah, Ga.
