Police investigated a car that was stuck in the middle of the road during a snowstorm. The driver allegedly had multiple knives and pills.
The folllowing information was provided by the Lower Moreland Police Department: Feb. 9 – Weapons Possession During the snowstorm last week, a Lower Moreland Police Officer noticed a black Nissan Sentra on Red Lion Road stranded in the lane of traffic with four inches of snow on the ground. The officer used his car to push the Nissan onto Dale Road so snow plows could clear the streets. Once the car was on Dale Rd., the officer approached the car to find the driver, Francis Mcalorum, 26, of Philadelphia, having blood shot eyes and the officer also detected a strong smell of marijuana. Jose Delgado faces several charges including discharging a firearm, terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.
Police say a man who allegedly fired off several shots inside a County Line Road eatery Friday morning has turned himself in. NBC10 reports Jose Delgado, accompanied by his lawyer, surrendered to Warminster Police last night. Delgado faces several charges including discharging a firearm, terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is being held at the Bucks County Correctional Facility on $500,000 bail. Warminster Police Chief Mike Murphy said Delgado, the former owner of MamaJuana’s Kitchen, entered the restaurant just after 10 a.m. Friday morning and fired four shots from a semi-automatic hand gun at the current owner before fleeing the area. i wonder what time of the day this was.... he was probably coming from the methadone clinic on philmont ave......it's so ridiculous.... every week someone from outside of this township is arrested for drugs....unbelievable that this township is not up in arms about the clinic..... more ›
