A. Request approval of the retirement of Nancy Hamill, Pine Road School, 5th Grade Teacher, effective June 14, 2012.

B. Request approval of the retirement of Bobbie Koenig, Pine Road School, Learning Support Teacher, effective June 14, 2012.

C. Request approval to attend Professional Meetings as attached.

IV. Curriculum

A. Request approval of Wilson Fundations Teacher Kits and classroom accessories for Kindergarten in the amount of $3,450 for the 2012-2013 school year.

B. Request approval of AP Economics Student Edition (McConnell) for AP Economics in the amount of $6,650 for the 2012-2013 school year.

C. Update on ESL Summer Camp.

V. Buildings and Grounds

A. Request approval of Lower Moreland Swim & Dive to use the High School Pool and Locker Room, for elite swimmer practice, Saturdays May 26, 2012 through August 11, 2012 from 8:00am - Noon. Fee to be discussed.

B. Request approval of Murray Avenue Drama Club to use the Murray Avenue Stage and Seating Area for the Drama Performance of “Cactus Pass Jamboree”, May 31, 2012 and June 1, 2012 from 6:00pm until 10:00pm. No fee.

C. Request approval of LM Enrichment Program to use the High School Pool for Water Aerobics Class, April 17, 2012 through June 7, 2012 from 8:15pm – 8:45pm. No fee.

D. Request approval of SPEAC (Special Education Alliance Committee) to use the High School Pool, Gym, Room 101 and Snack Stand for a “Kids Night Out” on May 12, 2012 from 5:30pm – 10:00pm. No fee.

VI. Business and Finance

A. Request approval of the checklist dated 4/26/12 in the amount of $588,403.29.

VII. School Board

A. Request approval of a field trip for the 10th Grade Class to Washington, D.C. on May 22, 2012 from 6:00am – 8:00pm.

B. Request approval of the amended language in the Act 93 Agreement as per attached.

C. Request approval of the Memorandum of Understanding Between The Board of School Directors of Lower Moreland Township School District and The Lower Moreland Township Education Association/PSEA/NEA as attached.
