LM Field Hockey Team Remains Unbeaten

The Lions continued their hot start to the season with a 5-0 win over Upper Moreland.

The Lower Moreland varsity field hockey team picked up its third straight victory to start the season with a 5-0 win over neighboring rival Upper Moreland last Friday.

Five players tallied a goal apiece to lead the offensive charge for the Lions. Linsday Boerner, Nicole Founds, Demenica Ricciuit, Corey Mayer and Joey Riley each scored a goal while Maddy Kierod and Kristen Nichols chipped in with two assists each.

The Lions won't play a game until next Thursday, Sept. 20, when they take on Bristol at home at 3:45 p.m.
