Planning Commission to Discuss Possible Sketch Plan
The committee will meet Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. in the municipal building.
The following letter was sent out to residents and is posted on lowermoreland.org:
The Lower Moreland Township Planning Commission will be reviewing a sketch plan for a subdivision of a 9.9947 acre lot located at 1171 Country Lane. The applicant proposes four parcels consisting of three new single family homes and the existing home. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 25, 2012.
The sketch plan process according to the Lower Moreland Township Code of Ordinances affords the opportunity to give informal guidance to the applicant from the staff consultants, Planning Commission and the Board of Commissioners. Plans are neither approved nor denied at this stage. The meeting begins at 7:30 P.M. and will be held the Township Municipal Building.

Any interested resident is invited to attend. All plans are available at the Township Building for public review between the hours of 8:30AM and 4:00PM, Monday through Friday, holidays excepted.
