The Upper Moreland Township Commissioners community development committee are also considering a proposal from the Weis Market to include a Gas-N-Go, which would be station in the parking lot of the new grocery store, as reported on Upper Moreland Patch.

The proposal includes four dispensers with two pumps each, as well as a small market with window access only that would sell cigarettes and small car care products.

The committee passed the issue to the full board, which will vote on on Sept. 9 meeting on whether to hold a public hearing on the project.

The store is slated to open by the end of the summer.
