Huntingdon Valley Man Indicted for Stealing Millions from Kinesio, DoJ Says

A Huntingdon Valley man is being charged with defrauding an Albuquerque company.

A Huntingdon Valley man has been indicted by a Federal Grand Jury in Albuquerque, NM, on 38 counts of defrauding an Albuquerque company, Kinesio USA LLC, of $4.3 million, according to a report in Albuquerque Business First.

John Hope, of Huntingdon Valley, and Johannes Jarvis, of Portland, OR, allegedly "set up a fake international brokerage that was to help Kinesio locate a manufacturer in China" and then pocketed profits of about $1.3 million.

A trial is scheduled for August 8 in Albuquerque.
