III. Recommend Approval of: the Minutes of the November 27, 2012 Regular Meeting and the December 4, 2012 Reorganization Meeting as Recorded or Amended, of the Lower Moreland Township School District.

B. Recommend approval of the resignation of Jennifer Ware, Bus Aide, effective November 30, 2012.

C. Recommend approval of Andrea Schill, 10 Month Receptionist/Secretary, Pine Road School, effective December 19, 2012, as attached.

D. Recommend approval to revise an FMLA for Claire Hertz, Pine Road School, Kindergarten, effective February 21, 2013 through May 20, 2013 followed by an Uncompensated Leave effective May 21, 2013 through the end of the 2012-2013 school year.

E. Recommend approval of an FMLA for Danielle Kline, High School, Spanish, effective March 15, 2013 through June 17, 2013 followed by an Uncompensated Leave Effective June 18, 2013 through the end of the 2013-2014 school year.

F. Recommend approval of Bob Barnhart as 0.5 Mentor for Kathleen Krupa, Technology, Pine Road School, effective November 12, 2012 through the 2012-2013 school year.

G. Recommend approval of JoAnne Fox and Elyse Marged each as 0.25 Mentor for Carmela Curatola-Knowles, Gifted Teacher, Pine Road School, effective November 19, 2012 through the end of the 2012-2013 school year.

H. Recommend approval of the resignation of Joe Emrick, High School, Social Studies/Economics, effective December 7, 2012.

I. Recommend approval of Jamie Madnick, KinderLinks Support Teacher, effective December 19, 2012 at a rate of $12.08/hr.

J. Recommend approval of Inessa Gertsman, Bus Aide, effective January 2, 2013 at a rate of $13.25/hr.

V. Curriculum

A. Recommend approval to attend Professional Meetings as attached.

VI. Buildings and Grounds

A. Recommend approval of Lower Moreland Swimming & Diving to use the High School Weight and Wrestling Rooms for dry land training November 1, 2012 through February 28, 2013 as attached. Fee included.

B. Recommend approval of Kaplan Test Prep to use one or two classroom (Room 110 &111) at the high school for SAT Prep as attached. No fee.

C. Recommend approval of Pine Road Student Council to use Pine Road Room 65 for a Holiday Fair on December 7, 2012, from 5:00pm until 9:30pm. No fee.

D. Recommend approval of HVAA to use the Pine Road Gym for Basketball Practice and Games January 1, 2013 through March 31, 2013 as attached. Fee included.

E. Recommend approval of Concert Choir and Honor Choir to use the Lower Moreland High School Auditorium for a Dress Rehearsal for the Winter Concert on November 26, 2012, December 4, 2012 and December 10, 2012 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm. No fee.

F. Recommend approval of Concert Choir and Honor Choir to use the Lower Moreland High School Auditorium for Dress Rehearsal for the Winter Concert on December 12, 2012 from 2:00pm until 4:30pm. No fee.

A. Recommend approval of the following Financial Reports:

B. Recommend approval of the check list dated 11/27/12 in the amount of $741,496.68 and the check list dated 12/13/12 in the amount of $ 948,591.31.

C. Recommend approval to increase Breslin Ridyard Fadero Architects fee for the Varsity High School baseball field project by $2,645. The fee includes design work for the following additional items: two warm-up pitching mounds, a waterline from the high school field, install 12 feet high meeting in the left field area and remove the existing batting cage and install a new cage.

D. Recommend approval for employee contributions to PSEA-PACE through payroll deductions, effective December 19, 2012.

E. Recommend approval of 2011-2012 local audit as conducted by Barbacane Thornton & Company as per attached.
