PECO Working to Restore Power in Lower Moreland

Crews will be out on the road way throughout the township to fix any remaining outages.

According to PECO, many residents are still without power in Lower Moreland Township. So far crews have already worked to restore power in the homes of 4,900 customers over the last two days in the township.

The township has asked people to remain off the road ways as much as possible so PECO crews can restore power to those residents who still do not have it.

Lower Moreland Schools have been closed for a third straight day due to Hurricane Sandy and are dealing with power issues as well.

In Montgomery County alone, PECO has restored service to just under 300,000 of its customers.
