The Lower Moreland School Board will meet tonight at 7 p.m. in the Pine Road Board Room.

The Lower Moreland School Board will meet for its montly public meeting tonight, Jan. 14, at 7 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Pine Road Board Room. Below is the agenda and topics that will be discussed.

A. Recommend approval of Lower Moreland High School Program of Studies as attached.

B. Recommend approval of Professional Meetings as attached.

VI. Buildings and Grounds

A. Recommend approval of National Honor Society to use the High School Auditorium and Lobby for a Red Cross Blood Drive on April 1, 2013 from 6:00am – 4:00pm. No fee.

B. Recommend approval of Enrichment Program to use the High School Wrestling Room for Boxing Safety on dates and times as attached. No fee.

C. Recommend approval of Enrichment Program to use High School, Room 101 for Drivers Education on dates and times as attached. No fee.

D. Recommend approval of Enrichment Program to use the High School Gym for Men’s Basketball on dates and times as attached. No fee.

E. Recommend approval of Enrichment Program to use the High School Pool and Locker Rooms for Water Aerobics on dates and times as attached. No fee.

F. Recommend approval of Donna’s Danceworks to use the High School Auditorium and Rooms 121 & 122 on May 31 and June 8, 2013 for a dance recital and dress rehearsal as attached. Fee $2,250.00

G. Recommend approval of Zero Gravity Dance Studio to use the High School Auditorium, two band rooms and two green rooms, on June 15, 2013 for a Dance Recital as attached. Fee $3,000.00.

H. Recommend approval of Lower Moreland High School Students to use the High School Auditorium for “Hope for Newtown, CT: A Benefit Concert” on dates and times as attached. No fee.

I. Recommend approval of Catalyst Prep to use two classrooms (113 &115) at the High School for an SAT test preparation program March 2 & 3, 2013 from 8:30am until 1:30pm as attached. No fee.

F. Recommend approval of the 2013/2014 Expenditure Budget in the amount of $42,584,406.

G. Recommend approval of increasing Breslin Ridyard Fadero Architects’ fees in the amount of $3,000 to develop drawings for the dugouts at the Varsity Baseball Field. These drawings are required to obtain Township approval the building permits in order that a community group may properly build the structures.
