Community Comes Together to Support One of Their Own

Addic Treasures in Huntingdon Valley held a fundraiser in honor of a former LM graduate who tragically took his own life.

Last Saturday many local residents came out in support of one of their own.

Paired with The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Addic Treasures hosted a fundraiser in honor of Anthony’s Angels, named after Antonio Siciliano, a former LM graduate and volunteer with the Huntingdon Valley Fire Company. Anthony took his own life in 2008.

His mom, Cathy Siciliano, who is the Board Chair of The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and Team Captain of Anthony’s Angels, was on-hand with store owner Rose Nihill to try and bring awareness to a subject that has brought tragedy into the lives of far too many.
