What Business Would You Like to See on Huntingdon Pike?

A commercial space is currently vacant at 2327 Huntingdon Pike.

The specialty shops along Huntingdon Pike are what make Huntingdon Valley unique.

The Valley Courtyard has a Do-It-Yourself photography studio in Lens Friends, a niche gift shop in Addic Treasures and a bridal dress boutique in Say Yes to the Dress. These are just some of the stores that line one side of the historic part of Huntingdon Valley.

You may also find a cigar shop, a pet groomer and a barbershop. The possibilities seem endless.

But if you've driven through the Huntingdon Valley stretch recently, you’ve noticed a big “Sale” sign for a commercial property on the 2300 block of Huntingdon Pike.

It’s a busy location where traffic seems to be lined up all day, so what type of business would you like to see this space? Other properties nearby have apartments for rent, but this space is zoned as a commercial property.

A homemade ice cream shop! Different from Rita's, DQ or the frozen yogurt places (all still great, but why not another dessert place - maybe with cakes, cookies, cupcakes, too?)

A small grocery store would be great, but then the new WaWa would probably kill it
