Construction crews have been out this month working on the new Wawa gas station at the intersection of Philmont Ave. & Red Lion Rd.

The project that started out with numerous meetings and presentations on paper is finally starting to look like an actual product. The beginning construction stages of the actual Wawa gas station is taking place after months of clearing out the land for space.

After a brief delay in November, the frame of the building is finally errect and the area for the underground gas pumps is set.

The township said it expects Wawa to be complete by April.
