The Lower Moreland Music Boosters Club has a variety of events and fundraisers lined up over the next couple of months. Here is the complete schedule:
February 12 - Mixed Bag Designs fundraiser begins – music students will be selling bags to help raise funds for the upcoming Orlando Music Festival trip. Fundraiser directly benefits individual students. Bags are available in many styles and colors, including sports bags, insulated food bags, wrist bags (for cell phones), tote bags, and much more!
February 22 – second payment of $200 for the Orlando trip due. (The third and final payment of $450 is due on April 19, 2013. All discounts from fundraising will be deducted from the final payment, remaining balances will be calculated and you will receive a notice of final payment due.).

March 2 - Pasta Dinner for Jazz Ensemble to Savannah
5:00 PM to 7:30 PM Murray Avenue School cafeteria (Multi-purpose room). Performances by the Murray Avenue School Jazz Band, and the LMHS Jazz Ensemble. $12 adults, $5 kids 12-under and senior citizens. Donations of raffles gifts, baskets, sports and event tickets, etc. are requested for this event.
March 14 - All-Band Evening 7:00 PM LMHS Auditorium

The second annual Lower Moreland All-Band Evening is a community concert showcasing students performing in concert bands from Pine Road School, Murray Avenue School, and LM High School. Volunteers and donations are requested: individually packaged/single serving baked goods, drinks, snacks, etc.
April 18 – Informational Parent Meeting for Orlando Trip
7:30 PM LMHS Band Room
April 19 – Final payment of $450 (or remaining balance after fundraising) for the Orlando trip due. (All discounts from fundraising are deducted from this payment).
April 20 – Applebee’s Flapjack Fundraiser
Dr. Quincy Hilliard will be returning to LMHS to work with music students during the week before the spring concert
May 2 – LMHS Spring Concert – with Guest Conductor, Peter Boonshaft
May 21 – 26 – Orlando Music Festival band & chorus trip
