Only five percent of all PA lawyers achieve Super Lawyer status each year after the comprehensive selection process which includes peer nominations and evaluations together with third-party research. To ensure that only top practitioners are named to the annual list of Super Lawyers, candidates are evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Among these indicators are verdicts and settlements; experience; honors and awards; special licenses and certifications; pro bono and community service efforts; and scholarly lectures and writings. The ultimate objective of Super Lawyers is a credible, comprehensive and diverse list of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for other practitioners and consumers searching for legal counsel.

The three named partners of the firm have each been recognized as Super Lawyers annually since 2004. Ludwig has been named to the list each year since 2005. Lassen, Teti, Lerner, and Dryden have all been honored with multi-year listings.
