The following incidents were reported by the Lower Moreland Police Department

April 5 - Theft

  • 2300 block of Philmont Ave.

A real estate agent of an office building contacted police at 11:25 a.m. after discovering that four air conditioners at the property were damaged and two were stolen.

April 4 - Burglary

  • Carson Terrace

A resident contacted police at 6:48 p.m. after discovering that a handgun, diamond watch and a silver rosary were stolen from his condo somewhere between 2-6:30 p.m.

April 3 - DUI

  • Red Lion Rd. near Stevens Rd.

Kathleen Saunders, 41, of Philadelphia, was arrested for DUI at 10:34 p.m. after she hit a utility pole. She showed signs of impairment, police said.

She failed field sobriety tests and police found three pills, believed to by Oxycodone, on her.

April 3 - DUI

  • Byberry Rd. between Post Rd. & Welsh Lane

Brooke Liebergott, 29, of Philadelphia, was arrested at 2:19 a.m. after she was seen swerving on Byberry Rd.

She failed field sobriety tests and a preliminary breath test showed that her blood alcohol level was above the legal limit, police said.

April 3 - Underage Drinking

  • Byberry Rd. between Heather Rd. & Brae Bourn Drive.

Christopher Karch, 18, was cited for underage drinking and disorderly conduct at 1:12 a.m. An officer saw him running in the eastbound lane of traffic on Byberry Rd. between Heather Rd. & Brae Bourn Dr. Karch admitted to drinking; a small amount of suspected marijuana was found in his possession.

April 2 - DUI

  • Huntingdon Pike & Wright Drive

Jessica Rosado, 22, of Fairless Hills, was arrested for at 5:31 a.m. after she drove into an embankment on the side of the road. She failed field sobriety tests and a preliminary breath test showed that her blood alcohol level was above the legal limit.

April 2 - DUI

  • Byberry Rd. & Glen Way

Aleksander Sireev, 21, of Philadelphia, was arrested at 4:28 a.m. for swerving on Byberry Rd. near Meadowland Drive, police said, adding that he failed field sobriety tests but refused to submit a preliminary breath test or chemical testing.

April 2 - DUI

  • Byberry Rd. between Huntingdon Pike & Bent Rd.

Roberto Perez, 26, of Norristown, was arrested at 12:29 a.m. after he was seen speeding and swerving on Byberry Rd. between Huntingdon Pike & Bent Rd., police said. he failed sobriety tests and a preliminary breath test showed that his blood alcohol level was above the legal limit.

Two cans of beer, both open, were also found in the vehicle, police said.

March 31 - Theft

  • 650 Welsh Rd.

An employee of the Bethayres Market contacted police at 5:09 p.m. after said she saw a man steal $43 worth of baby formula and then run from the store.

March 31 - Theft

  • 2727 Philmont Ave.

The owner of Penn Valley Industrial Services  contacted police at 11:03 a.m. after he saw two males attempt to steal scrap metal from his property, police said.

March 30 - DUI

  • 2600 block of Huntingdon Pike

Marcia Kennedy, 69, of the 2500 block of Walton Rd., was arrested for at 11:23 a.m. after she rear-ended a vehicle on Huntingdon Pike. The incident caused a 3-vehicle accident.

She exhibited signs of intoxication and told officers she was on several medications for a medical condition.

March 30 - DUI

  • Byberry Rd. & Heaton Rd.

Sean Wallace, 19, of Hatboro, was arrested at 8:44 p.m. after officers responded to the area of Byberry & Buck roads for the report of a reckless driver. He failed sobriety tests and told officers he had taken Suboxone.

March 30 - DUI

  • Welsh Rd. & Kent Rd.

Alan Jalon, age 29, of Philadelphia was arrested following a traffic stop at Welsh Rd. and Kent Rd. at 1:01 am.
