Lower Moreland Sees Slight Dip in Votes, Leans Republican

According to the Montgomery County Election Offices, a little over half the township came out and voted yesterday.

President Obama won the election, but the majority of residents in Lower Moreland came out and voted for Republican Mitt Romney yesterday.

The Montgomery County Election Offices released the voting results for LM Township and about 350 fewer people came out and voted yesterday than for the 2008 Presidential Election.

In 2008, the Democratic and Republican vote was separated by the smallest of margins - 4 total votes - in Lower Moreland, with the small edge going to John McCain. Yesterday, the Republican party gained a bit more separation with 565 more votes than the Democratic party.

PA apparently likes the downward spiral Obama's been taking us. Sad and depressing! I wish more people would open their eyes.
